Return Policy

Because of COVID-19 we do not accept any returns or refunds

Subscription Boxes cannot be exchanged and are non refundable once they are shipped. However, if the product is damaged, defective or sent due to our error we will send a replacement

 

Cancellations 

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
