Each subscription box is a curated box of 3 to 6 products based on the theme or category of the box. These contents are often a surprise to the subscriber, adding an element of excitement to each delivery.
Every month different products are selected in that category to be added in the box and delivered to your home.
What are the different Subscription Plans available for Subscription Boxes ?
Subscribers can opt for different delivery frequencies as below.
There are 4 types of subscription plans available.
- Monthly – 1 Month
- Quarterly – 3 months
- Half Yearly – 6 Months
- Yearly – 12 Months
The subscriptions will be billed for the entire period of subscription when you place the order.
Subscribers can manage their subscriptions by making changes to the delivery frequency, updating their preferences, or canceling the subscription if desired.
The cancellations are accepted if you send a request before the deadline of the 15th of the expiring month.
What are the products in the Subscription Boxes ?
The products included in a subscription box can vary widely depending on the theme or niche of the box. Subscription boxes are designed to cater to a diverse range of interests and preferences, so the contents can be quite diverse.
The list of products in each of the subscription boxes will be available on the website once they are shipped each month. You can check the previous boxes online to know the products in the earlier boxes. We can assure you will get the best quality products

The products included in the Subscription Boxes are full products mostly and at times we do add promotional samples. The best products from leading Indian and global brands will be available in the box.
I love the products in my box ! Where can I purchase additional items from the box ?
All the products will be available online along with many other international brands at economical prices.The Subscription box’s insert includes more detailed product and brand information. At times we even include special coupons or offers from our featured brands.
Do you send the same products in all the Subscription Boxes ?
No,We typically do not send the exact same products in all their boxes. One of the key features of subscription boxes is the element of surprise and variety. To maintain subscriber interest and provide a unique experience with each delivery, We curate different products for each box, even if they have a common theme or category.
While there is variation among the products in subscription boxes, they all adhere to a common theme or category. This ensures that subscribers receive items that align with their interests or preferences, even though the specific products may differ from month to month or box to box. What if the products and samples I don’t Like ?
We are sorry for that and would appreciate your feedback so that we can improve from our side. Your input will help us improve future box curation or customization options.
If you receive items that you don’t want but are still in good condition, consider donating them to a local charity or gifting them to friends or family who might appreciate them.
Can the Subscription Boxes be Customized ?
We understand that personalization can be important to our subscribers, but at My Gift Box, we curate each box to provide a delightful surprise each month. Therefore, full customization of box contents is not available. Our goal is to introduce you to new and exciting products within your chosen category or theme. Rest assured, we put a lot of thought and care into the selection of items to ensure a delightful unboxing experience. We hope you’ll enjoy the element of surprise and discovery in each of our subscription boxes.

Yes, we offer gifting options, allowing you to send a subscription box as a gift to someone with a personalized message.
Is there a commitment to a long-term subscription ?
No . We usually offer both short-term and long-term subscription options. You can often choose what works best for you, whether it’s a one-time purchase or a year-long subscription.
Are there any hidden fees associated with subscribing ?
No . We are transparent about our pricing, Only the normal taxes are added.

These Subscription Boxes are from Global Subscription Boxes vendors and they are delivered globally.
You have to contact the vendor directly for any issues and we are not responsible since they are third party providers
What are Gift Boxes ?
Shipping and Delivery
When will my I receive my Subscription Box ?
Your subscription date is an important factor.
For all subscriptions made till 20th of the present month the Subscription Boxes will be shipped between the 8th and 12th of the following month and it will reach you in 3- 5 business days.
If you subscribed after 20th of the month you might receive your first box in the next shipping cycle. Subsequent boxes are typically sent out around the same date each month, depending on your chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
We provide tracking information once your box has shipped. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery and get a more precise estimate of when it will arrive.
Gift Boxes Shipping
The gift boxes will be shipped on the date of your choice. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We will send you a shipping notification via email for the same to both the subscriber and the recipient.
Do you ship the Subscription Boxes Globally?
At present we ship only in India
But you can make a request to us if you want it delivered internationally and we will inform you the additional shipping cost for delivery

What are the charges for shipping ?
Our subscription boxes come with complimentary shipping, making it easy to enjoy our curated surprises each month hassle-free.
For gift boxes, standard shipping policies apply.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept all major debit cards credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay , Discover, Diners Club , PayPal , Net Banking , Bank Transfer , UPI , Wallet etc
We will issue a full refund if your item is never shipped, is damaged, or arrives not as described
Do you need to have an account to purchase a product on the site?
Yes. To make a purchase on our site, an account is required.
How can I sign up for an account ?
To create an account , you will need to go to the sign-up page and provide your name, email address, and password.Also we require additional information, such as your shipping address or payment details.
Is my personal information secure on My Gift Box ?
Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. We use industry-standard security protocols and encryption to protect your personal information and ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure.
Why am I receiving an ‘Account Locked’ message sometimes?
If you attempt to access your account and type in an incorrect password 4 times the account will lock for 1 hour. This is for security reasons.
What happens if I forget my password ?
If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link on the login page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information.
The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.
Can I Change Plans ?
Yes.Send us a mail to [email protected] before the 25th of the month.
Is there any way I can opt for my subscription on hold ?
Unfortunately, currently we are not able to hold subscriptions. But you can cancel your subscription for a period within the deadline and then add a new subscription later when you want to receive the subscription boxes.
How do I make a purchase ?
To make a purchase , you will need to add the product or service to your cart and proceed to checkout.
You will typically need to provide your shipping address and payment information.
Can I change my personal data ?
Yes you can do the necessary changes after logging in to your account and do the editing
Will you share my personal information ?
No , We do not share customer information with any third parties .We use your Contact Data primarily to contact you when necessary, including to remind you of upcoming or special offers
